+ Preston was born to a model mother and a musician father. Apparently, his mother really had a thing for musicians as he and his half-brother both have musicians as their fathers. Just not the same one.
+ Was born and mostly raised in Hollywood, California. He has the "so-cal lingo" down to a science, unfortunately, and he still uses it without realizing it despite no longer living in Southern California.
+ Idolizes his big brother Slater in a big way. He thinks that his brother is the coolest person on the planet and eventually wants to be as "awesome and talented" as his big brother is.
+ He picked up his first guitar when he was nine years old. He's a self taught guitarist, and for his age, is exceptionally good. His mother really didn't care for the idea of Preston playing guitar but he wasn't as cooperative as his brother was with a more 'practical' instrument. His father bought him his first guitar and he, to this day, still has it. He owns two, both gifts from his father, and he cherishes them with his life despite how much he ACTUALLY plays. He's currently saving up for a new one since he wants to buy his own guitar with his own money. On top of being a guitarist, he also plays bass guitar as well.
+ Takes pride in being random and dorky. He doesn't ever try to hide how he really is just to fit in. He goes against the grain, stays true to himself and hasn't ever nor will ever conform to fit into a mass majority. That's not his style, not who he is, and people truly would have a better chance of seeing God than getting him to be like 'everyone else'.
+ Preston gets judged a lot based on his appearance. And yet? He doesn't even care. He doesn't acknowledge people that just try to spread hate. While he's straight, he supports the LGBT community, wears a 'pride' band on his wrist to support his gay/lesbian/bi friends, and treats everyone with the same respect. He's the kind of person who "loves thy enemy" if you will, and even if someone's mean to him or calls him a name like 'fag' or 'emo kid' or something ridiculous he shrugs it off. Basically with the mind set "apparently someone didn't get enough hugs from their alcoholic father..." Yes, Preston can be snarky but that goes with the territory of being harassed on the regular because he's not cookie cutter in appearance.
+ Little known fact? Preston's never had a girlfriend. He's always been around girls, he's gone on dates, he's had a drunk night or two (yes, at his age) but he's never had a legit girlfriend and he's never been in love before.
+ After convincing his mother that he was old enough to move out on his own, a couple of weeks ago, he re-located to West Chester, Pennsylvania to be closer to his brother. He actually currently lives at his brother's friend Jersey's place which is pretty cool by him. He just scored a job working part time at Fairman's Skate Shop after school. He just started at West Chester East High School October 4th, transferring from school out in Hollywood to finish his senior year. He knows that school's really important and was all set to finish on his own accord. His mom helps him financially since, yes, he's still under age - until November anyway - but he does work since he likes working hard to support himself. He held a job out at Jerry's Deli in West Hollywood to support himself, too, which he has a nice little savings from that to take care of himself, too.
+ Is an exceptionally bright young man though, a lot of the time, he doesn't showcase that. In school he does, though, and is usually on the honor roll. He's not really a school spirit kind of kid, doesn't play sports and doesn't take part in clubs, but he does take his schooling really seriously.
+ Is a pretty social kid. Will usually talk to anyone unless they just throw off a super negative vibe and then he backs away from that kind of attitude. He doesn't really care for selfish, negative, or arrogant people. He can be really shy though, in certain situations, and has a bunch of nervous little ticks like biting on the straw of his drinks, tapping his foot to random songs in his head or just not making eye contact. Depends on the situation and the circumstance as to what he'll do if he gets shy or nervous about something.
+ Preston's a HUGE Waking Midnight fan. Like, fan boy status. He's met all members of the band at some point and geeks out like a mother fucker over them when he goes to shows. He listens to all kinds of music but they're his favorite band right next to Primal Scream. He grew up on good, hard rock music and those are just two of his favorite bands. He has a few guilty pleasures like Mika Curan, Tyler Reckson and ... Panic! at the disco, but generally he sticks to what he usually listens to. Good, ass kicking, hard rock.
+ Even though he's not legal to do so, he drinks. He enjoys partying but doesn't ever go overboard considering 1, he's not legal and 2, he's not stupid.
